Notice of Intention to Vacate

 

PERIODIC TENANCY

In compliance with the Residential Tenancies Tribunal, 28 DAYS WRITTEN NOTICE is required to be given in order to terminate your lease.

 

BREAKING YOUR LEASE

If a Fixed Term Lease Agreement is terminated before the expiration date, then the outgoing tenant will be responsible for all re-leasing costs incurred to the landlord as a direct result of your breaking the lease.  Rental payments must continue until the property is re-let.
